2. Return Eligibility

  • Clothing: Clothing items can be returned within the 7-day cooling-off period. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Hair Products and Perfumes: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, hair products (including wigs, weaves, extensions, and related items) and perfumes are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels attached. If your order arrives damaged, we kindly ask you to report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • You must provide an invoice or proof of purchase for all returns.
  • All products are subject to inspection prior to processing any refunds or exchanges.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns and order cancellations after purchase confirmation.

  • The 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for all returns and cancellations.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

6. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges on clothing items within the 7-day cooling-off period, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchanges are accepted for the same product in a different size or color, where applicable. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please request a return and place a new order.

  • Hair products, including wigs, weaves, and extensions, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Perfumes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for the return or replacement of the item at no additional cost to you, including shipping.
